Gear Ratio
One of the biggest and important upgrades you can do to your vehicle after increasing your tire size is changing your differential gear ratios. Doing so will help regain some of the "power loss" you will feel in the gas pedal and help put back some "pep in its step".
This chart will help you decided which ratio is best for you based on your motor, transmission, tire size and how you plan on using your vehicle.
Please note that most vehicles will require a programmer to calibrate the vehicle for the new gear ratio. Failing to do so can cause the vehicle to go into limp mode.
Superchips offers some great solutions for this such as the Flashcal and Flashpaq tuners. NOTE: Some years require a PCM swap.
